Update S3 Upload code to provide more helpful error messages

At least twice now, we've encountered S3 upload errors that were only reported as "Error uploading to S3: [undef] undef" in the logs.

Our Jigsaw::AmazonWebServices::S3 module should be updated, if possible, to provide more error info if the normal error fields are not populated on an error.  The linked ticket(s) provide an example of how to replicate such an error.
